Where does Local Listed operate?
We are starting in the Santa Clarita Valley: Valencia, Newhall, Saugus, Canyon Country, Stevenson Ranch, and Castaic.
Who sets the price?
The customer posts a proposed budget. Workers choose the jobs they want and agree on the scope and payment directly with the customer before starting.
What jobs can I post?
Start with yard cleanup, garage cleanup, junk and haul-away, pressure washing, or moving and lifting help. Describe the job clearly and add photos.
How do I accept a job?
Sign in, open an available job, review the details, and select Accept Job. Jobs marked Demo are examples and cannot be booked.
How do payments work?
This first version helps people find and accept local jobs. It does not collect payments or hold funds; payment is agreed directly between the customer and worker.
Are example jobs real?
No. Cards labeled Demo job show how the marketplace works. New posts from members appear without that label.
